I wonder how many are paid to post such flawless experiences. Or wonder if this is A.I. flooding my post to make me look like im the only one with a negative experience. Certainly looks like an attempt by Public Relations. Well its obvious that thats, whats going on .I think motion RC has overdone themselves and its noticeable.
Motoinrc is scam, please don't order anything.
Ordered a F35 70mm jet at the beginning of April .that was supposed to ship within a week. After several weeks, it never shipped and seller refused to answer any messages. Have been trying for one full month to get a refund, but motionrc.com does not allow me to submit a ticket online because my order never shipped. Agents on Facebook repeatedly tell me that they cannot help, and that I have to open a ticket. This just goes on and on. Almost 3 months now, and I still don't have my money back.
Update: For the many people being ripped off in the same way by motionrc.com, know that if you used Paypal, they are highly cooperative in getting your money back. motionrc.com finally blocked me on Facebook, and would not let me submit a ticket on their site, so I resorted to Paypal and they refunded my money. I would guess that they are used to dealing with complaints regarding motionrc.com.
How does motion RC know Im not up to the task? Provide all the tools needed . Point me at the right direction on learning all thats needed.
Why should I spent extra funds on ,in my opinion useless other models ? It sounds like its throwing money away when my ambition is going for the 700 scale. This is not ROCKET SCIENCE. its a simple learning curve that just needs a little guidance. BTW , a product motionrc told me , wasnt available for a 700 scale , actually is available. Thru my research, I found the technology needed to fill in the void you werent able to give me . Once I put the 700 scale together, I will do a video to allow you to rethink how you approach others and their quest to master the 700 scale without the discouragement that you prefer to offer . What Im getting from MOTIONRC is more that it lacks the expertise to guide anyone when it comes to 700 scale helicopters. By pushing an ambitious, enthusiastic hobbyist, away from their dreams. And thru , in my opinion, taken as an insult because they assume that their customer is incapable of achieving a goal , sends a message that they themselves, lack the ability to guide anyone with available options, to navigate the complexity of what it takes to see it to completion. Good thing I am used to thinking out of the box and not relying on 1 source of products and guidance. As I continued my research, I found that other Hobby shops carry items that motionrc doesn't have. This also includes better service and information.
On a positive note, motionrc does have a good line of products which I bought . They do have good service on certain items , just not on anything that has to do with 500 scale on up with helicopters. I didnt know much about " XT60 , XT90 ,EC5 , 2S , 4S , 6S " wire connectors , simple items like I mentioned, now I do. When I bought the 700 scale. I had no idea I needed some of those items , now I do. I had to order some of those connectors later because it wasnt mentioned, or came with the model . The "CASTLE , EGODRIFT" ,motor and transformer doesnt come with them. Or was it mentioned that I need a pitch gauge to balance my blades on the 700 scale. I guess thats why I was told I needed experience. But with a little of education and training , which my self teaching skills came in , I ordered those items and will apply it to my very precious, very beautiful 700 scale helicopter.

Now that I got the 700 scale and wanted help with getting the right interiors of my new model , I got the cold shoulder. Im being told that I should NOT get into this type of model because I needed to be an experienced builder.
But how am I supposed to get experienced if I dont try building one myself. It seems like all the dumb questions that one says should not be considered dumb , are dumb questions when it comes to motion RC. They arent willing to help me get the right products to build my new adventure and try to discourage me from going forward to living a dream with RC Helicopters.
I feel so disappointed that a company that sells such products, arent willing to help you build a successful model.

Merchant sold defective batteries and would not refund them willingly so I have raised a claim through Visa. They hid behind policies that are illegal in the UK. instead of rectifying the issue immediately, they asked me to buy additional equipment to evidence the fault despite irrefutable video evidence being provided. Suspicious and unreasonable merchant with illegal policies.
I didnt recieve any help with my issue and I keep receiving the same rude customer service person that continue to disconnect the chat everytime I have reached out.
